Kazakhstan makes polypropylene at Atyrau, but its first large polyethylene plant is still under construction, so converters import the HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE they need, as well as polystyrene and bottle-grade PET. Rabin Polymer supplies these grades from Iranian producers to plants in Almaty, Shymkent, Astana, Karaganda and Aktobe, by rail or road through Turkmenistan, together with the recycled granules and compounds made at our own plant in Semnan province.

Delivery to Kazakhstan

  • Route: by rail on the Iran–Turkmenistan–Kazakhstan line, or by road through Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan
  • Terms: FCA at the Iranian border or DAP at your city, agreed in the offer
  • Packing: original 25 kg producer bags on pallets, or jumbo bags on request. See packaging
  • Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the certificate of analysis of the lot
  • Payment: 50% when the order is placed and 50% after loading, paid in Iran
  • Loading and clearance: loading starts within 3 days of the advance payment being confirmed, and Iranian export clearance within 1 day of the truck reaching customs; if either is missed, the advance is refunded

Do you ship by rail to Kazakhstan?

Yes. Rail through Turkmenistan suits full-wagon lots; smaller lots go by truck. The offer states the route and the terms.

Can I get the certificate of analysis in advance?

Yes. We send the certificate of analysis of the lot with the offer, and photos of the loaded wagon or truck before it leaves.
