Polymer Granules for Uzbekistan and Central Asia
Uzbekistan makes its own HDPE and polypropylene, but it has no local production of LDPE, LLDPE, polystyrene, ABS, polycarbonate or bottle-grade PET. Converters in Tashkent, Samarkand, Fergana and across Central Asia import these grades. Rabin Polymer supplies them from Iranian producers, together with the recycled granules and compounds made at our own plant in Semnan province.

Delivery to Uzbekistan and Central Asia
- Route: by road or rail from Iran through Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan and the rest of Central Asia
- Terms: FCA at the Iranian border or DAP at your city, agreed in the offer
- Packing: 25 kg bags on pallets, or jumbo bags on request. See packaging
- Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the certificate of analysis of the lot
- Payment: 50% when the order is placed and 50% after loading, paid in Iran – the same terms as for Pakistan
- Loading and clearance: loading starts within 3 days of the advance payment being confirmed, and Iranian export clearance within 1 day of the truck reaching customs; if either is missed, the advance is refunded

Import duty in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan cut the import duty on some polymers, including LDPE and polypropylene homopolymer, under a 2025 decree that runs to 1 January 2028. Check the current tariff code and rate for your grade with your customs broker before you order.

Rabin Polymer exhibits at Plastex Uzbekistan, the international plastics and polymer industry exhibition at UzExpoCentre in Tashkent. We had our own stand in September 2025 (15th edition, stand A17) and on 22–24 September 2026 (16th edition, stand B116), where buyers from Uzbekistan and Central Asia met our team, checked samples and discussed supply and rates.
