This page explains how an order with Rabin Polymer works, from the first enquiry to delivery. It applies to prime polymer grades and to the recycled granules and compounds made in our plant in the Eyvanaki Industrial Zone, Semnan province. Buyers in Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Central Asia order on the same terms.

How an order works

  1. EnquirySend the grade, quantity and destination on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. We reply with the available lots and a rate within one business day.
  2. Offer and proforma invoiceThe offer names the grade, producer, quantity, packing, delivery terms and loading date. Once you agree, we issue the proforma invoice.
  3. 50% advance paymentHalf of the invoice value is paid when the order is placed. Payment is made in Iran.
  4. Loading starts within 3 daysLoading starts within 3 days of the advance payment being confirmed. If we cannot start loading in that time, the advance is refunded.
  5. 50% balance after loadingThe balance is paid after loading, against photos of the loaded truck or container and the shipping documents.
  6. Export clearance within 1 dayIranian export customs is completed within 1 day of the truck reaching customs. If it is not, the advance is refunded. Export customs and clearance costs on the Iranian side are paid by us.
  7. DeliveryTransit time depends on the route and the border crossing. The offer gives the expected loading date and route.

Payment terms

  • Two payments: 50% when the order is placed and 50% after loading.
  • Where you pay: in Iran.
  • Refund of the advance: if loading does not start within 3 days of the advance payment being confirmed, or export clearance is not completed within 1 day of the truck reaching customs, the advance is refunded.
  • Uzbekistan and Central Asia: the same payment terms apply.

What we take care of

  • Iranian export customs and clearance costs.
  • Customs costs, government procedures and any stoppage on the route up to the Iranian border.
  • Packing as agreed in the offer: 25 kg bags on pallets, or jumbo bags on request.
  • Shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the producer datasheet or the values of the lot.

Quality and claims

Each lot is checked before loading, and every bag of our own granules carries a lot number. If you find a quality problem, have the goods checked by a laboratory or an independent inspection company. A claim confirmed by that report is accepted and the loss is compensated.

Shipping routes

  • Pakistan: by road through the Taftan border, or by sea in 20′ or 40′ containers from Bandar Abbas to Karachi or Port Qasim.
  • Afghanistan: by road through Dogharoun–Islam Qala or Milak–Zaranj.
  • Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan: by road or rail through Turkmenistan, on FCA or DAP terms.
  • Iraq and the Kurdistan Region: by road through Mehran, Shalamcheh, Bashmaq or Haji Omaran.
  • Türkiye: by road through Bazargan–Gürbulak or Razi–Kapıköy.
