RP Compound – Custom Polymer Compounds

RP Compound is the name of the compounds Rabin Polymer makes to order at its plant in the Eyvanaki Industrial Zone, Semnan province. A compound is a polymer that has been melted and mixed with fillers, pigments or additives so it arrives ready to process, with no mixing step at your machine.

Overview

We build each compound around your product: the base polymer, the filler or additive package, the colour and the target melt flow. Base polymers include HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PVC and ABS. Because every formula is different, there is no general datasheet; we agree the target values with you before production.

• Filled PE compounds for film, sacks and moulded goods

How to order

Send the product you make, your machine and process, the base polymer you use today and any colour or performance target. If you have a sample of the material you buy now, we can match it. We then agree the formula and a trial quantity.

Supply and packing

• Packing: 25 kg RP Compound bags with number, lot and weight, or jumbo bags
• Trial lots: on request before a full truckload
• Delivery: by road to Pakistan and Central Asia, or by sea to Karachi

It depends on the formula. Send your product and monthly volume and we will confirm the minimum for a trial lot.
