Recycle Danah – Recycled PE Granules

Recycle Danah is the recycled granule produced at the Rabin Polymer plant in the Eyvanaki Industrial Zone. Most lots are polyethylene (PE); some lots are polypropylene (PP), and the offer states which polymer each lot is. In Pakistan this material is usually called recycled dana. It is packed in 25 kg woven bags printed with the Recycle Danah name and a lot number.

Overview

Recycled granules let converters cut raw material cost on products where prime resin is not required. Recycle Danah is supplied by lot. Ask whether the available lot is PE or PP and for its values before you confirm the order.

The yellow, blue and white bags in the photos are the bag colours we use for different lots. Ask which colour and lot is available when you request a rate.

How to order

Send us your process, the product you make, the share of recycled material in your mix and the monthly quantity. We offer a lot that matches and share its MFR, density and colour. Samples can be arranged on request.

Supply and packing

• Packing: 25 kg woven bags with lot number, palletised and stretch wrapped
• Loading: full truckloads from our plant in Semnan province
• Pakistan: by road through Taftan, or by sea to Karachi or Port Qasim
• Uzbekistan and Central Asia: by road through Turkmenistan

Recycle Danah FAQ

Is Recycle Danah prime or recycled material?

It is recycled polyethylene produced in our own plant. For prime, virgin grades see our HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE pages.

Is there a fixed datasheet?

No. Recycled lots vary, so we share the values of the lot you will receive instead of a general datasheet.

Can I mix Recycle Danah and prime granules in one shipment?

Yes. Recycled and prime grades can be loaded in the same truck or container.
