Rabin Polymer Plant Tour – Extrusion, Pelletising and Loading

This 2½-minute film was shot at the Rabin Polymer plant in the Eyvanaki Industrial Zone, Semnan province, Iran. It follows the material from the extrusion and compounding lines through strand cooling and pelletising, melt-flow testing in our quality lab, bagging and palletising, to the trucks that carry export orders.

The plant makes the recycled granules, polymer compounds and masterbatch we sell under the Recycle Danah and RP names. The last part of the film shows the sales office and the team that prepares offers, proforma invoices and shipping documents. The film has sound.
